Secret of health Motovational Story

Long time ago, there lived an old man named Shankar in a village. He was more than eighty years old but he seemed healthier than a forty year old man. People repeatedly wanted to know the secret of his health from him, but he never said anything. One day the king also came to know about her and he too became eager to know the secret of her health. The king asked his spies to keep an eye on Shankar. The spies disguised themselves and started keeping an eye on him.

The next day they saw Shankar getting up early in the morning and going somewhere, they also followed him. Shankar was walking fast, after walking miles he started climbing a hill and suddenly disappeared from the eyes of the detectives. The detectives stopped there and started waiting for him. After some time he returned, he was holding some small fruits in his fist and was eating them and going on. The spies guessed that whether it is possible or not, Shankar is so healthy after eating these mysterious fruits.

The next day in the court he told the whole story to the king. The king went to that hill and ordered to find those fruits, but even after a lot of research, no such extraordinary fruit was found there. Finally, after getting tired, he ordered Raja Shankar to appear in the court. Raja - Shankar, we are happy to see you in such good health even at this age; Tell me, what is the secret of your health?

Shankar kept thinking for a while and then said, "Maharaj, I go to the hill every day and eat a mysterious fruit, that is the secret of my health." Okay let's take us there too and show us what fruit it is. Everyone went towards the hill, reaching there Shankar took them to a berry tree and showing its fruits said, sir, this is the fruit that I eat everyday.

The king got angry and said, "You think we are fools, thousands of people eat this fruit every day, but why are not all of them as healthy as you?" Shankar humbly said, “Maharaj, the fruit that thousands of people eat every day is the fruit of berry, but the fruit I eat is not just the fruit of berry It is the fruit of my hard work. To eat this, I walk 10 miles every morning, which gives good exercise to my body and the clean morning air works as herbs for me. This is the secret of my health.

King had understood Shankar's words. He honored Shankar by giving gold coins and also advised his subjects to do physical labor.

Education:-

Friends, today technology has made our life very easy. Earlier, we had to leave the house for all small and big tasks, but today we can do all the work sitting at home with the help of internet. In such a situation, the opportunities for some physical activity that used to be there are also disappearing and its effect can be clearly seen on our health as well. According to WHO, today 35% of people above 20 years of age in the world are overweight and 11% are obese. In such a situation, it becomes necessary that we take care of our health and give importance to physical labor in our daily life.
