Unity In Strength Interesting Moral Story For Kids

Egoism has to end sooner or later.

Once upon a time, in the dense forest of Banagiri, a furious elephant had created a lot of havoc. Being intoxicated with his power, he did not consider anyone as anything.

There was a small happy world of a bird and sparrows on a tree in Banagiri itself. The bird used to sit on the eggs and keep dreaming of the golden dreams of the little cute babies coming out. One day the ferocious elephant came roaring, breaking and twisting the trees. In no time, he broke the tree with the bird's nest. The nest fell down. The eggs broke and the elephant's foot fell on them.

Bird could not do anything but scream and shout. After the elephant left, the bird started crying, beating its chest. Then the woodpecker came there. She was a good friend of the bird. When the woodpecker asked the reason for her crying, the bird told her whole story. The woodpecker said, “Nothing will happen if you remain in sorrow like this. We have to do something to teach that elephant a lesson."

The bird expressed dismay, "How can we small creatures compete with that mighty elephant?"

The woodpecker explained, “One plus one makes eleven. We will combine our powers."

"How?" Bird asked.

“A friend of mine is a bumblebee named Veenakh. We should consult him." The sparrow and the woodpecker met Bhanvare. Bhanvra hummed, “This is very bad. I have a frog friend, come, ask him for help.

Now all three reached the bank of the lake where the frog lived. Bhanvare told the whole problem. The frog said in a hoarse voice, "You guys just wait for me here with patience. I sit and think in the deep.

Saying this the frog jumped into the water. When he came out of the water after half an hour, his eyes were shining. He said “Friends! A very good plan has come in my mind to destroy that killer elephant. Everyone will contribute in that.

Everyone jumped with joy as soon as the frog told his plan. The plan was really amazing. The frog again explained its role to everyone in turn.

Just a short distance away, that mad elephant was roaming around merrily after creating havoc and eating branches with shoots to its fill. The first task was of Bhanvre. He went near the elephant's ears and started humming a melodious melody. Hearing the melody, the elephant started dancing with its eyes closed.

Then the woodpecker successfully did her job. She came and with her needle-like beak she quickly pierced both the elephant's eyes. The elephant's eyes burst. Being blind in agony, he started running here and there.

As the time was passing, the anger of the elephant was increasing. Due to not being able to see through the eyes, the body was getting injured due to stumbles and collisions. The wounds were forcing him to scream more.

The bird said to the frog in a grateful voice, “Bahiya, I will be grateful to you forever. You have helped me so much.

The frog said, "There is no need to be thankful. Only friends are useful to friends.

Firstly, there was burning in the eyes and the elephant's throat dried up while shouting. He started feeling very thirsty. Now he was looking for only one thing, water.

The frog gathered many of his brothers and relatives and took them and told them to sit on the edge of a big pit far away. All the frogs started croaking.

Hearing the croaking of the frog, the elephant's ears perked up. He knew that frogs live near water sources. He started walking in the same direction.

The rattling was getting louder. The thirsty elephant started running faster.

As the elephant approached the pit, the frogs started croaking with all their might. The elephant moved forward and fell into the pit like a huge stone, where it did not take long for the birds to fly away, thus ending the pride of the elephant.
